Every piece is made to order.

PROCESSING

Your order is printed and dispatched within 3-4 business days. Drops and preorders may take longer, and we will say so on the product page.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Counted from dispatch, not from the day you order:

- United Kingdom: 7 to 13 business days
- Canada: 9 to 14 business days
- United States: 9 to 14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 9 to 14 business days
- Europe: 9 to 21 business days, depending on the country

Estimates are not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, so you see the exact amount before you pay. It is not included in the product price.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Nothing to pay on arrival. Duties are already covered, so there is no customs bill at the door and no surprise charge from the courier.

WRONG ADDRESS

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, email us straight away and we will change it if the parcel has not gone out. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it.

LOST PARCELS

If your tracking stops moving or the parcel does not turn up, email info@withinusco.com. We will chase it, and if it is genuinely lost we will send another one. You will not be left out of pocket.
